Bookings:
1. To secure your booking we require a deposit of $100.00
per person within 14 days of the original reservation. Tentative
bookings not confirmed within 14 days will automatically be
made available to other clients.
2. Final numbers and payment are required two weeks prior
to your tour taking place. Any additional costs incured during
your time away are to be paid at the completion of your trip
unless otherwise agreed. Should final numbers fall below our
minimum numbers, a charge of $40.00 per person will apply
for the difference.
3. Any accounts left unpaid after the agreed terms will be
placed in the hands of a Debt Collection Agency at the full
cost to the client
4. It is understood that the organiser will conduct the tour
in an orderly manner in full compliance with all laws. The
managment reserves the right to exclude any and all objectionable
persons from the tour without liability.
5. Tourists are financially responsible for any damage breakages
sustained to the cabins, fishing facilities and boat. Dusk
to Dawn West Coast Fishing Tours will not accept any responsibility
for the damage or loss of merchandise left prior to the end
of tours. Tourists are advised to take out insurance cover
for loss of deposit and cancellation charges. Loss of or damage
to baggage and personal effects, and for accident benefits.
6. In the unfortunate event that confirmed booking is cancelled,
the deposit is Non-Refundable. A cancelled fee may be charged
for costs incurred if the tour is not re-booked
7. General cleaning included in the cost of the Tours. If
cleaning requirements following your tour are judged to be
excessive, additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
8. Bus departure will leave at an allocated time and will
be required to be punctual.
9. When arriving at the destination accomodation will be
shared for up to 4 - 6 persons or at additional cost to persons
wishing to be on their own. You are required to provide your
own linen and blankets or sleeping bag or additional bedding
can be arranged.
10. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner can be arranged and negotiated.
Meals can be arranged at the local hotel if preferred.
The Deposit of $100 per person can be made in cheque
or money order only to "Dusk to Dawn West Coast Fishing
